2. Navigation ‘ Accounts ‘ and select ‘ accounts overview ‘

3. Select your trading account.

4. Click to the ‘ Change ‘ button to change a new password.

5. Click continue and system will send the pin

6. Get the pin and key-in to the last step

Can I withdraw money if I have a trading position at this time?

You are only eligible to issue the amount of ‘Free Margin’ in your account.
